Refund policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returned items must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • in perfect, original condition

  • free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear

  • returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, cases, and protective elements

Bauroh Eyewear reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

2. Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Bauroh Eyewear is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service within the return period and provide:

  • your order number

  • the reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected or returned to the sender.

4. Limited Warranty

Bauroh Eyewear offers a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery on eyewear frames and lenses.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, under normal and intended use.

5. Warranty Conditions

The warranty applies provided that:

  • the eyewear is used in a normal, intended manner

  • the product is properly stored in its protective case

  • no excessive force, pressure, or impact has occurred

  • the product has not been exposed to aggressive chemicals

6. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • scratches or marks resulting from normal wear

  • damage caused by alcohol, cleaning products, perfumes, chlorine, or similar substances

  • bending, breakage, or deformation caused by pressure or impact

  • normal wear and tear

  • loss or theft

  • accidental damage

Any repair, adjustment, or modification performed by a third party will void the warranty.

7. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim:

  • proof of purchase is mandatory

  • the product must be returned for inspection

Bauroh Eyewear reserves the right to determine whether the defect is covered.

If approved:

  • the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost

  • if repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered at our discretion

Limitation of Liability

Bauroh Eyewear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU legislation.
